Step 1: Capturing the Magic (Order Placement)
To get the likeness just right, I need to see your pet from every angle. After you submit your order, you will receive an email requesting photos of your friend. All you need to do is reply to that email and attach your photos - all future discussions will be through that email thread.
Please check your junk/spam folder if you don't see the request within a few minutes!

The Tummy & Back: So I can match their unique markings perfectly.

The Collar: For the best results, snap a photo of the collar on its own.

The Details: Got a cute "beauty mark" or a specific ear-flick? Send a close-up!
Note: If you have limited photos (for a memorial piece or a surprise), don’t worry! Just let me know, and we will work together to fill in the blanks.
Step 2: The "Sneak Peek" (Proof Phase)
After you've sent your photos + we've confirmed details, but before I touch the clay, I’ll send you a digital proof. This is a simple drawing to confirm colors and markings.

Important: I won't start sculpting until you approve the proof, so keep an eye on your inbox to keep your project on schedule.
Step 3: From Clay to Creation (Design Phase)
Once approved, I can move on to where the magic happens! At this stage, the design is locked in as I move through these steps:

Prep: Gathering and weighing materials for the perfect size and shade.

Sculpting: Hand-assembling your "plushie" pet with care.

The Bake: Your portrait is oven-baked to become a durable, lasting treasure.

The Glow-Up: I finish every piece with UV Resin for a high-shine, extra-durable glaze.
Step 4: Coming Home (Packing & Shipping)
I aim to have your portrait tucked into its packaging and sent your way within 2–3 weeks of your design approval.
- Commission Queue: Please note that because each custom friend is hand-sculpted, your timeline may be extended during periods of high order volume. You will receive a mock-up once I have started your plushie. You can also see your status in the queue here.

Tracking: Once finished, I'll send you a tracking number so you can watch its journey home.
Policies & Promises

Returns: Because these are one-of-a-kind creations made just for you, I cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Damages: If your item arrives broken due to a crafting error, please send a photo right away so I can make it right.

Shipping Mishaps: Once your order leaves my hands, the postal service is responsible for its safe travel. If they have a "ruff" day and damage the package, claims should be filed through the carrier.
