Processing + Shipping

  • Made to Order: Every friend from Moss Paws Co. is individually hand-sculpted just for you! Because each piece is made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for your item to be crafted and cured before it ships.
  • Custom Orders: For fully custom portraits or unique requests, please refer to our personal correspondence for your specific creation timeline.

  • Shipping Options*: 

    • Standard Shipping: Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

    • Express Shipping: Shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. Once your item is finished, it will be fast-tracked through the postal network, typically arriving in 1-2 business days.

  • Domestic Shipping: You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your new friend is on their way, regardless of the shipping method chosen.

*Note on Timing: Choosing Express Shipping does not skip the 2-3 week "Made to Order" crafting period. It only speeds up the time your package spends in the mail once it leaves the studio.

Packaging + Care

  • Built to Last: Every figurine is hand-sculpted with care and finished with a UV resin coating. This provides a glossy, durable shield that strengthens the clay and protects the fine details.
  • Safe Travels: Even with their durable resin finish, these are still handmade art pieces! I nestle every item in protective padding and boxing to ensure they arrive safely at your door, ready to be handled with love.

Shipping Issues

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address! I am unable to redirect packages once they have been handed over to the postal service.
  • Missing or Damaged Packages: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, it is considered officially home. If the postal service has a 'ruff' day and your package arrives damaged or is missing, please reach out to USPS to file a claim. Combined Orders

If your order contains both "Custom" and "Collection" items, the entire shipment will be sent together once the custom item is complete. If you would like your collection items to arrive sooner, please place a separate order for those items.
